Centennial Professors
Dean Mills, dean of the Missouri School of Journalism and professor of convergence journalism, established the RJI Centennial Professors program in 2007. His initial goal was to offer a wide spectrum of professional viewpoints to Missouri School of Journalism graduate students in a class format that would encourage free-ranging discussion. The program quickly grew in scope and now includes a public seminar open to faculty, staff and students, as well as a smaller seminar designed for Missouri School of Journalism doctoral students.
