As communication assistant Colleen Cusumano tracks daily media coverage of Reynolds Journalism Institute projects and posts stories on RJI’s In the News pages. She manages RJI's social media tools, designs event materials and is responsible for purchasing on behalf of the communication group.
Before joining RJI Cusumano worked as a photographer's assistant and a newspaper designer. Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, QuarkXPress, iPhoto, iWeb and iMovie, among others, Cusumano has designed newspaper pages for news companies in Montana and North Carolina.
She graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Journalism in 2007. Her concentration was Convergence Journalism with an emphasis in print design.
