Transcript: Michael Nelson: Summarizing archival collections using storytelling techniques

Michael Nelson is a professor of computer science at Old Dominion University. Prior to joining ODU, he worked at NASA Langley Research Center from 1991 to 2002. He is a co-editor of the OAI-PMH (Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting), OAI-ORE (Open Archives Initiative Object Reuse and Exchange), Memento and ResourceSync specifications. His research interests include repository-object interaction and alternative approaches to digital preservation.
