LION Receives Fellowship at RJI, May 15, 2014, liondigitalmedia.comLION Digital Media began the development of a new planning platform for local digital advertising after being granted an institutional fellowship from the Donald W. Reynolds Journalism Institute at the University of Missouri. “LION has been a strong advocate for local digital advertising for the past 8 years. By working with the RJI, we plan on making our platform available to any marketer who is trying to easily access digital advertising opportunities on local media sites and apps,” said Conrad Jungmann, LION’s founding partner.

The RJI fellowship program is focused on innovation and solutions for the news industry. Results, in the form of strategies, products or services, will be shared with news and news-related organizations. In addition to LION, companies that have received institutional fellowships for the 2014-2015 school year include: The Washington Post, St. Louis Public Radio, VML, SouthernMinn Media and The Texas Tribune.
